Navigating Life's Transitions
Some of the most meaningful work I do happens when a client is navigating something bigger than buying or selling a home. Downsizing after decades in a family home, settling an estate after losing a parent, moving through a divorce, relocating closer to family or for work – these aren’t just sales. They’re chapters closing and new ones beginning.
One client came to me after the sudden loss of a family member, referred by a fellow agent who trusted me with someone in a deeply vulnerable moment. She later said I was empathetic to the nth degree and that I consistently translated the complexities of the process into something she could understand and feel confident about. That’s the work I’m most proud of.
Another client came to me after working with a different agent for over a year without finding the right home. What she needed wasn’t just a better search. She needed someone who would slow down, listen, and never push her toward a decision she wasn’t ready to make. We found her dream home and closed in under five months.
I’ve been doing this long enough to know that these moments require more than market knowledge. They require patience, discretion, and someone who understands that the decision to sell is already emotionally loaded before the first showing is ever scheduled.
My role is to keep the process clear, calm, and moving forward so you don’t have to carry it alone.
