Preparing Your Home
Most agents show up at the introductory meeting with a pricing opinion and a listing agreement. I show up at your home for insight.
Before we talk numbers, I want to walk through your home with you, room by room. I want to hear what you’ve updated over the years and what makes your home special.
If requested, I can make recommendations for small improvements or staging ideas that may increase your home’s value. Part of my job is knowing what will actually move the needle and what won’t, so you don’t overimprove or leave money on the table.
I’m not here to have you do more. I’m here to have you do what matters.
I’ll connect you with the right people to get things done efficiently and ensure your home is positioned to make the strongest possible first impression before it ever hits the market.
