My Process
Most agents will send you a link and schedule a showing. That’s not how I work. It starts with a conversation about your timing, your goals, and where you are in the process. From there we sit down together for a real meeting, one where I walk you through the entire buying process, so you know what to expect. I want to understand how you live in a home before we ever step foot in one. Only then do we set up your search and start touring.
One buyer told me she likes to know all the details but has a tendency to overthink. She said I put her at ease on both counts. That’s exactly what a good process should do.
Every step is intentional. I ask a lot of questions because the right home isn’t just about the list of must-haves. It’s about understanding your life well enough to recognize the right fit when we find it.
